Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much does it cost to attend camp?
    Camp pricing depends on the sport and location of camp. Please "Select Your Sport" and choose a location near you for more details on the cost of camp.
  • What happens after I register for camp?
    Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. Then within 24-48 hours of registering your child for camp you will receive a detailed receipt and a registration packet that has all of the camp information such as what to bring, directions and check-in/check out times. If you do not receive the packet within this time frame, please email info@sm-worldwide.com or call us on 02 8065 9495.
  • What are your camp hours?
    Full day camp instruction typically runs from 9am - 3pm while half day camps are usually 9am - 12pm.
  • Can children be grouped with their friend and/or sibling?
    Yes! As long as their is no great difference in age or ability, we will make sure your camper/s is having fun in a group with their friend/s.
  • What do children need to bring to camp?
    A detailed registration packet outlining everything you need to bring will be emailed to you as a PDF download within 24-48 hours of booking your camp.
  • What happens if my child gets sick or injured at camp?
    We will immediately contact your or your child's emergency contact in the case of a serious injury and also have a written detailed injury report. A camp voucher equivelant to day/s missed will be issued for use at a future camp.
  • Do all the staff have Working with Children Checks?
    Yes. All of our staff members have completed a working with children check.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If you cancel two weeks prior to the start date of the camp you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within two weeks of the start date of the camp we will issue you a camp voucher for all camp fees paid, valid for one full calendar year. Your camp voucher is transferable to any family member and may be used in the sport that you are initially registered in. For more information please see our Peace of Mind Policy
  • How do I pay for my camp?
    You can register online or over the phone by paying with a Visa or Mastercard.
  • For what ages are Sports Camps Australia school holiday programs available?
    Sports Camps Australia offers a number of programs for a variety of age groups. Most of our junior camps accept participants between the ages of 6-18, however many of our camps will accept those as young as 5. *See the camp specific web pages to find out just what age restrictions apply.
  • What happens if my camp is cancelled?
    In the unlikely event that Sports Management Worldwide cancels your camp, we will refund only your camp tuition and registration fee. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
  • I've signed up but need to change my week of camp I'm attending or even the location?
    Rescheduling from one week of camp to another or even to a different location is normally not a problem and only takes a few minutes. Please call 02 8065 9495 and we would be happy to make any changes you need. If the camp you are switching to costs more, you will need to pay the balance. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference. The only time we cannot help you reschedule is if the camp you desire to move to is at maximum occupancy.
